A few bad habits that damage the heart, are you still doing it?
It's approaching the midsummer season again, when the weather is hot, people's temper will also be irritable, which is not good, especially for your heart!
As the saying goes, the mind is naturally cool, but if the heart is not good, how can it calm down. The feeling of sullenness and palpitations can be many times worse than the sticky feeling of summer, but these are all made by myself. Are you still doing the following bad habit?
1. Staying up late
There are many bad things about staying up late, just to mention one of them. A survey by the China Sleep Medicine Association shows that more than 70% of young people have the habit of staying up late, and 90% of young people have sudden death, cerebral hemorrhage, and myocardial infarction are all related to staying up late. Therefore, you are not staying at night, but your life!
Meilun's suggestion: It's really difficult to get rid of staying up late, then start sleeping one hour earlier than before, and then slowly adjust to normal work and rest. In fact, as long as you improve your work efficiency, play less with your mobile phone, and exercise more self-discipline, it is not so difficult to go to bed early.
2. Can't control your bad emotions
Are you sometimes throbbing and upset? Sometimes it's heartbroken, and it's too difficult for the world?
Bad emotions are like the devil, not only controlling you, but also hurting your heart deeply. When we are too sad or moody, blood pressure will continue to rise and sympathetic nerves will be excited, which will cause a series of heart problems such as myocardial infarction and arrhythmia.
So when we are emotional, the heart is at the greatest risk. This is why people with heart disease are more likely to get sick as soon as they are stimulated.
Meilun suggested that peace of mind is the way of health. If you try to keep yourself calm in advance, you may not have such strong emotions.
3. Smoking and drinking
Tobacco contains nicotine, a substance that stimulates the heart's conduction system, causing a rapid heartbeat and increasing the burden on the heart.
Drinking alcohol causes a rapid heartbeat and dilated blood vessels, which is very dangerous for those with cardiovascular disease. Excessive drinking can cause supraventricular or ventricular arrhythmias, mainly caused by alcohol and sympathetic nerve excitement, and can be recovered within a period of time after stopping drinking. But if you drink alcohol repeatedly, it will cause irreversible damage to the heart muscle.
Meilun's suggestion: Start by smoking less cigarettes and drinking a glass of wine, and gradually change the habit of smoking and drinking. You will find that fruits and vegetables and a healthy diet lead a better life!
4. Sedentary still love to lie down
Many people, especially white-collar workers, sit for 8 hours or even 12 hours a day, and lie on the sofa like a fossil after playing at night.
Sitting for a long time will cause a lot of pressure on the heart, causing the blood circulation in the body to slow down. If this happens for a long time, it will greatly increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
Not exercising will not only bring about the problem of obesity, but also bring disease to the heart. Frequent inactivity will lead to blood flow, affect the body's metabolism and affect fat metabolism, which may cause diseases such as thrombosis and heart disease.
Meilun suggested that occasionally getting up to drink tea and pouring water during work is better than sitting all the time. It is best to exercise 2-3 times a week. If you really can’t find time to exercise, insist on walking for a while on the way to and from get off work, going home or walking up the stairs in the office area. This is a good and easy way to exercise.
