ECG monitor is a practical precision medical instrument in hospital, which can monitor the dynamic and practical precision medical instrument of patients at the same time. The equipment has the functions of ECG information collection, storage, intelligent analysis and early warning. And has the characteristics of monitoring, touch screen control, simplicity and convenience, etc.
What is the difference between 3-lead and 5-lead ECG leads?
Answer: 3-lead ECG leads can only obtain I, EEG machine II and III leads, while 5-lead ECG leads can obtain I, II, III, AVR, AVF, AVL and V leads.
In order to facilitate quick connection, monitor manufacturers use color marking method to quickly stick electrode sheets at corresponding positions. The color of 3-lead ECG leads is red, yellow and green or white, black and red. The color of 5-lead ECG leads is marked as white, black, red, green and brown.
The positions of the electrodes placed by the wires with the same color in the leads of the two specifications are different. It is more reliable to determine the positions by English abbreviations RA, LA, RL, LL and C than to memorize the colors.
Why do you advocate wearing oxygen saturation fingerstall first?
Because wearing the oxygen saturation finger cuff is much faster than connecting the ECG lead, the pulse rate and blood oxygen saturation of the patient can be monitored in the shortest time, and the medical staff can quickly complete the evaluation of the most basic signs of the patient.
Can blood oxygen saturation cuff and sphygmomanometer cuff be placed on the same limb?
When measuring blood pressure, the arterial blood flow will be blocked, which will lead to inaccurate blood oxygen saturation monitored during blood pressure measurement. Therefore, it is not recommended that the blood oxygen saturation cuff and the automatic sphygmomanometer cuff be on the same limb in clinic.
