Fault D:

Maintenance analysis:

The power supply effect is good due to the power indicator light. Key inspection main board, because of no circuit diagram, first carefully check the elements have discoloration, deformation and fever and other anomalies, found a patch electrolytic capacitor discoloration, through the multimeter on-line measurement has no capacity, after welding measurement has broken. Don't rush the electric test machine after the replacement. In order to analyze the cause of the damage, we measure the other components according to the line of the circuit board, and find a short circuit of the triode. After the replacement of the test machine, the monitor is restored to normal EEG machine.

Fault E:

When measuring blood pressure, there is no air pump and the blood pressure can not be measured.

Maintenance analysis:

The air pump has no air tone, and is judged to be an air pump motor malfunction or an air pump power supply circuit fault. The monitor manufacturers use multimeter to measure the motor's short circuit, which can be judged as the fault of the air pump motor. Turn on the back cover of the motor and see that the electric brush is off, and the two electric brushes are bumping together. Reset the reset, use a regulated power supply to 6V, test the air pump motor running normally, inflate the air bag well. When the air pump is installed, the air pump still does not rotate. The power supply circuit of the air pump has no 6V voltage. Following the detection of the power supply circuit of the air pump, it is found that a current limiting resistance circuit breaker may be a brush short circuit causing the current limiting resistor to break and change the resistance. The blood pressure measurement circuit is restored to normal.

First, check whether the outside pipeline and cuff are leaking, and there is no rupture and leak. To check the air pump, pipe and solenoid valve, the machine has no blood pressure 1 surname, the test adopts the shock method, when the machine is open and inflated, it can be normal, the pressure is normal, the slow release valve is gradually slow to release air by the step quantity; when the J jade force is down to about 12kPa (90mmHg), the vent valve is deflated and the blood pressure can not be measured. The reason for analysis is that the release time of the slow release valve exceeds the program preset, forcing the vent valve to open and deflate. That is, the resistance of a 2.4 ohm on the R160 sampling resistor is reopened. The resistance pressure drop is 0. 3V, the Q115 can not be guided, the protection circuit cut-off, the motor running is normal.
