Electrocardiogram monitor

Electrocardiogram monitor

Monitor manufacturer's ECG monitor is now widely used in hospitals at all levels, either in ICU or in the general ward, wired or wireless, and not in a small number. Its main function is to detect and display ECG signals. From many years of maintenance experience, the internal circuit of the machine is damaged very little. Most of the problems are lead wires, electrode plates and setting problems Meilun.

Setting error: the general ECG monitor leads to two kinds of 3 conductance and 5 lead. If the error is set, it will not display waveforms or waveform is incorrect. So if you find the centerless electrical signal or the waveform is incorrect, check the settings correctly first. In addition, many monitors are equipped with digital filtering, which can filter out power frequency interference. Some monitors have 50 kinds of notch frequencies and two kinds of 60HZ. If a 60HZ is set up in the country, how can a machine work correctly?

2. lead line break: the most direct way is to use multimeter volume, there is a simple way to introduce. As long as a general monitor has a broken signal line, there will be no waveform display. My usual practice is to press the joint of the lead line to the finger. If the noise wave can be displayed, it will show that the line of cardiac conductance is not good. If there is no signal, then nine times out of ten the lead line is broken.

3. the problem of the electrode piece: the poor quality of the electrode piece and incorrect paste will result in no signal or noise. After confirming that there is no fault in the setting and lead line, it is necessary to consider whether the electrode is a problem. To be honest, many nurses do not attach electrodes. I said they didn't stick it up, they said they were sure to stick it up, and then use alcohol to deal with the skin before it was posted... Obediently, alcohol is not conductive, and that's not the worse. The correct way is to polish the cuticle on the skin with small sandpaper pasted on the electrode, and smear a little saline. (I have never seen sandpaper on the imported electrode, and can be directly attached to the patient's skin to get a good waveform, which is a little expensive. Some of the domestic ones are worse. Some of them are open to see that conductive paste is dry, buttons are rusty, and can they be used well? It is estimated that the manufacturers of domestic electrode sheets are guilty of their own, and make a piece of sand paper to resist them. In addition, the bad ground wire will cause too much interference.
