1 When repairing the failure phenomenon of the stylus pen's single deviation, do not check the pen for a long time when the stylus pen's deviation is one. When the recording pen is biased, the current of the power amplifier circuit is very large, and the power consumption will cause the temperature of the power amplifier tube to be very high, which may burn the power amplifier tube or other circuit components and increase the failure factor. 2 When using the instrument for signal tracking and inspection, the lead wire must not be left vacant, the lead wire should be connected to the analog signal generator or the lead wire connector must be reliably short-circuited, and then energized for inspection. The sensitivity of the electrocardiograph is very high. When the lead wire is connected empty, especially when it touches the human body, a large interference signal will be induced, causing the stylus to deflect greatly, which may cause new failures.
3 When replacing components or soldering components, be careful not to damage the printed circuit. The printed circuit copper and platinum of the electrocardiograph are generally very thin, and most of them are double-sided printed circuits. Therefore, you must be very careful when soldering components. It is best to use special tools for the electroencephalograph. The welding time should not be too long. Copper and platinum on the circuit board to avoid new failures.
4 When replacing components, pay special attention to eliminating high-voltage static electricity on the human body. The soldering iron should be grounded to avoid electrostatic breakdown of CMOS or HCMOS integrated circuits.
5 After the maintenance is completed, it is necessary to pay attention to the debugging of some main technical parameters according to the technical specifications of the instrument, such as damping, thermal pen temperature, calibration signal, etc.
6 The repair of the instrument is the same as the treatment of the patient, it must be carefully, considerate, and be organized, and make records during the disassembly of the instrument, including the length and location of each screw, the disassembly and installation of each component order.
